Classical Table Massage
Classical Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels, enhanced mental clarity, increased circulation, and greater flexibility. I use a custom blend of nourishing organic sweet almond and coconut oils, with no additives or fragrances. Both deep tissue and trigger point work are included upon request. Special offer, all 90-minute table massage sessions can add Silicone Cupping or Hot Stone to your massage for no additional charge! This special offer add-on does not extend the time of your session.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is a great way to relieve stress and tension. This service includes the scalp, neck, shoulders, entire back, arms, and hands while you sit on a specialized ergonomic chair, and it is done over the clothing. Perfect for busy schedules!
Chair massage is also great for anyone new to massage or uncomfortable with traditional table massage. For those unable to transfer, a chair massage can be performed while seated in your wheelchair or mobility device.
Head and Scalp Massage
A head and scalp massage helps reduce stress and tension and may aid in relieving headaches, promoting circulation and possible hair growth. Conditioning oil nourishes the scalp and reduces split ends.
Mini Lymphatic Drainage Session
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically unblock and circulate your lymphatic system.

Gua Sha and Facial Roller
For a quick pick-me-up and a more refreshed look, enjoy the soothing ritual of facial gua sha and facial rolling, they can be a nice addition to your table massage session.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote muscle circulation. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating! This is an add-on service to a 60-minute massage and does not extend the service time. Hot stone is now included at no additional cost in all 90-minute table massage sessions!
Silicone Cupping
Silicone cupping therapy is a modern adaptation of traditional Chinese cupping therapy, which has been used for centuries as a way to promote healing and relieve pain. Silicone cups are placed on the skin and a vacuum is created by
squeezing the cups, which creates a suction effect. The suction pulls the skin and underlying tissue upward helping to increase blood flow, release toxins, and promote healing. This is an add-on service to a 60-minute massage, not extending the session time. Add cupping for no additional charge to all 90-minute table massage sessions!
CBD Enhancer
Add 1 oz of organic CBD balm enhancer to your massage. It can aid in longer-lasting pain relief, increased
relaxation, and improved sleep. Must be 18 or older or have a waiver signed by parent or guardian.
