About Me

Hi! My name is Cara Polley. I have over 20 years of combined experience as a State Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Medical Assistant. Additionally, I am certified in Trauma-informed Care and Adult and Pediatric Mental Health First Aid. I am a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association, the American Medical Technologist Association, and the Autism Society of Florida. My Transformation Massage is a neurodiversity-friendly practice. Everybody deserves relief from stress, anxiety, and pain. My goal for each client is that they leave my office feeling transformed and renewed!
